Food & Beverage Supervisor
Cafe Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


  • 1 year experience as a waiter in a similar environment
  • Excellent food and wine knowledge
  • A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts

• Current RSA Photo Competency Card.
Experience/Skill Level Required
• Previous experience in a customer service / waiter position in the hospitality industry.
Aptitude & Interpersonal Skills
• Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Committed towards undertaking duties efficiently with a strong attention to detail.
• Professional personal presentation suitable to the role.
• Customer service focused.
• Ability to take, interpret and follow instructions.
• Good WHS focus.
• Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels of the Company.
• Ability to interpret, communicate and work in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
