The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service skills - counter & floor

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Demonstrated experience in

  • ensuring food safety procedures are followed at all times

  • all opening and closing procedures

  • overseeing daily cafe operations, ensuring a smooth flow

  • stock control & inventory management

  • supervising & training staff

The successful applicant will work closely with the owner and must be available during school holidays.
