French cafe is looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our amazing team.
Location - BRISBANE CBD
To be considered for the position you must have a minimum of 2 years experience, and a proven track record. The following skills and personal attributes we are looking for:
You will be primarily working on the field and be dedicated to efficiently producing coffee drinks and ensuring teammates are trained and performing to the same standard. Your daily routine will be opening the shop or Closing the shop and leading a team through the day while looking after the day-to-day needs of the shop and reporting to the retail performance manager. You will help train staff and monitor systems for efficient ordering and stock levels. Able to acheive KPI's and write rosters.
* Must have Barista experience and skills****
You must be able to follow set budgets and control wastage and sales ratios, weekly report, wage report as well as be able to integrate store rosters.
*Some weekend work is involved and full availability essential
