The opportunities

Showcase your mixology skills while enjoying the sunset over our Sicilian inspired Sola Restaurant and Bar.  We believe a great bartender can complete specialised tasks to ensure the bar provides high-quality drinks and service.

Do you love coffee? We believe a great barista is a skilled technician: someone who understands the science of coffee-making, knows how to use multiple brewing devices and machines, and can use their coffee knowledge to make good recommendations to customers.

What we need from you:

• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• RSA Certificate
• Experience in and passion for your vocation - bartending or barista
• Experience in a bustling hospitality venue.
