The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Casual All-Rounder to join the team at our Castle Hill venue. This role is the backbone of our floor and bar operations, ensuring a world-class experience built on human connection, attentive service, and an unapologetically bold attitude.

🤘 Key Responsibilities

• Be the Vibe: You’re the reason people love coming back. Master the sequence of service—from the first genuine greeting to the final farewell—and make sure every guest feels seen and valued.
• Know Your Shit: Become a guru of our menu. You need to know the burgers, the cocktail portfolio, and the tap list inside and out so you can sling drinks and take orders accurately.
• Keep the Place Looking Fly: Whether you're behind the bar or on the floor, you're responsible for keeping the venue tidy, spotless, and safe. Jump on spills, clear tables, and keep the flow smooth.
• Play by the Rules (Seriously): We trust you. That means you strictly adhere to our license requirements—you nail the RSA, check IDs like a hawk, and help maintain a secure environment at all times.
