Our exceptional canapé style menu showcases the best in local oysters, world class caviar, artisanal cheeses and charcuterie and the perfect tasty morsels to compliment champagne or cocktails.

Located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD in the 80 Collins Street precinct, Nick & Nora’s is open Tuesday – Sunday and has very quickly turned into the Speakeasy Group flagship high volume venue.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working within the Nick & Nora's kitchen you will report directly to the Head Chef and be responsible for delivering a high level of productivity, amazing experiences for our guests and a product that exceeds expectation. We are looking for a hard-working, passionate Chef to assist us.

ABOUT YOU 

• Trade qualification or equivalent (Cert III in Commercial Cookery)
• Dedication to the production, preparation and presentation of dishes of the highest quality
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Team player attitude and willingness to work within a diverse team
• Commitment and passion for high-end service always ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Adhere to strict stock rotation and minimum wastage guidelines
• Ability to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment
• Want to grow and progress within the industry
