Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:

· Minimum two years' experience in a busy Banqueting environment

· A good work ethic

· Passion for exceeding customers' expectations

· Strong attention to detail

· Must be energetic, reliable, positive & a team player

· Exceptional grooming standards

· The ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment

· RSA Certificate (mandatory)

· The ability to live and work in Australia Key Responsibilities:

· Meet & greet patrons

· Provide outstanding customer service

· Taking a-la-carte orders

· All other aspects of Food & Beverage service delivery
