Exciting times ahead! We’re searching for a Licensee Supervisor to be part of our upcoming events team.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) in relevant states.
Proven experience managing large-scale events, including coordinating staff, managing crowds, and handling high-pressure situations
Strong understanding of liquor licensing laws, responsible service practices, and venue compliance obligations
Comfortable liaising with Liquor Licensing Police and stakeholders.
Experience in bar operations management, including stock control, cash handling, and POS systems
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays on an ad-hoc basis

Excellent leadership and staff management skills, with ability to supervise and motivate teams in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make quick decisions under pressure
Outstanding communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, security, and staff
High attention to detail, particularly regarding safety, security, and regulatory compliance
Professional presentation and ability to represent the business with clients and stakeholders
