We are looking for a casual chef to work with us during the busy Christmas Season!
The Alliance Hotel is an award winning restaurant and function venue located in Spring Hill. We are closed Sundays and Mondays, and believe in high quality produce and service for our customers and staff.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in all sections of the kitchen, including function menus, and has a positive attitude towards work and their colleagues. The applicant must be diligent and knowledgeable in all areas of food safety.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
- minimum 1 year experience in similar role
- Food Safety certifications in line with new regulations
- Friendly, can-do attitude to work
-expertise and ability to perform across all areas of the kitchen; grill, pans, deep fryer and larder
