We are searching for FOH staff to join our busy team at Byblos Bar and Restaurant located at Docklands.
The Ghanem Group are recognised for their exceptional service, hospitality and ability to create unforgettable dining and bar experiences in cutting edge designed venues. We operate a number of award winning venues in Brisbane and Melbourne, including Byblos Bar, a Lebanese and Mediterranean inspired venue, located on the beautiful Yarra River at Docklands. Byblos, offers a relaxed, semi casual dining for lunch & dinner along with a comprehensive bar.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate previous experience working in a fast pace, high turnover restaurant, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, coupled with a Certificate III Commercial Cookery.
