About the Role

  • Joining a kitchen team of the highest quality you will be given opportunities to grow & develop. We place an important focus on your work life balance & the role offers great flexibility with your hours of work 

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • General Cleaning duties within kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Cleaning of cooking utensils and equipment
  • Scullery – cleaning plates, bowls, cutlery etc
  • Food preparation
  • Supervise, Train and Assist others who are cooking
  • Assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking
  • Completes all food/ingredient preparation tasks
  • Cooking of meals for guests using a variety of kitchen equipment including the wok

REQUIREMENTS

  • About you …
    We are looking for someone passionate about creating a place people love to be. Someone who enjoys hospitality and likes to put a smile on people's faces with amazing food and teamwork
    You should have good operational and kitchen skills to make good food ,follow recipes and procedures and, work well in a fast-paced environment.

    To be successful in this role, you would need to possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
  • Trustworthy and reliable
     
  • Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
  • Food Safe Handling Certificate
