JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate Chefs or Cooks to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy crafting quality dishes, keeping a clean and organised workspace, and working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present menu items consistently
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food-safety compliance
  • Assist with menu development and specials
  • Manage prep, stock rotation, and storage
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Cooperate with FOH to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous kitchen or chef experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility for nights and weekends
  • Food Safety knowledge/certification (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (chef or cook level)
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures
  • Ability to prepare consistent, high-quality dishes
  • Good time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Creative mindset and pride in presentation
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and busy service periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Food Safety certification preferred but not essential
