Republica St Kilda beach is an iconic venue with live music, beers and great food.
Republica delivers upmarket bistro cuisine.
Republica requires chefs/cooks for 35-45+ hours a week. A number of roles are available. Hourly rate, Pay Level based on experience. Start date asap

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Demonstrated experience as a cook, pizza chef or chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining venue
Strong understanding of food safety standards
Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Excellent communication skills
Full availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closings shifts, weekends and public holidays
