Attimi by Dario Manca – one of Brisbane’s best Italian fine dining restaurants – is looking for a motivated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team. We are also open to the right candidate stepping into a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef role.

• A reliable, driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment

• Previous fine dining or high-quality kitchen experience is highly regarded

• Passion for Italian cuisine and modern techniques

• Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience as a CDP in a quality restaurant environment

• Strong skills and confidence on the main course and grill section or pasta and pans 

• Experience in Italian restaurants is not mandatory, but highly regarded

• Excellent organisation and a strong understanding of portion control

• Solid knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards

• Ability to follow direction while also showing initiative and creativity

• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to progress within a fine dining team
