JOB DESCRIPTION

We have opportunities across all four of our venues at Circular Quay, Mosman, Randwick, and Lane Cove.

Four Frogs are French restaurants in Sydney, proud of serving authentic “Crepes and Galettes” in a typical French atmosphere.

At Four Frogs, we care about offering the best experience: we believe details are particularly important and almost everything is homemade we mill our own flour, we make most of our ingredients ourselves and all our preparations are cooked according to the French tradition, including sauces syrups and much more.

Your role includes the following duties: 

  • Have attention to detail, with a high standard of cooking and presentation
  • Be passionate about food
  • Be specialise in crepe making
  • Be charismatic and great team player.
  • Have immaculate personal grooming and presentation
  • Possess a positive attitude and enthusiastic personality
  • Have a desire to pursue a career in the hospitality industry
  • Possess knowledge of food safety procedures and other compliance obligations
  • Ordering supplies and managing stocks in collaboration with the Head Chef

  • Good understanding of cost, ordering 
  • Strong previous experience as a cook/crepe maker ( 1 years minimum)
  • Enjoy making crepes
