Leonards Bar & Bistro is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its team.
Leonards is a bar and bistro, giving CBD residents and city workers their own inviting ‘local’. Our offering showcases the best of local produce, delectable cocktails and a carefully curated wine list.
Whats on Offer
The Chef de Partie is responsible for the quality assured execution of timely food offerings in the appointed kitchen section, in accordance with the parameters set by the Head Chef.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

We ask for multiple years of experience in a similar role/venue and a trade qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).
