This is an opportuntiy to join our culinary Director, Joel Bickford, and expand your skills and experience with an exceptional team.
We have an opportunity for two (2) experienced and passionate CDPs. We need you to bring you skills and flair in the kitchen to our hatted venue, Menzies Bar & Bistro at Shell House.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, but just as important is the pride your take in your profession and in being able to offer a point of difference, with a dedication to quality cuisines.
You will be offered continual on-the-job training, with guidance and development from all senior chefs and management. There will be opportunities for career progression as well, as we are already underway with the build of our next dining experience on Fort Denison in Sydney Harbour.

It is about the whole experience, amazing food, great drinks and an atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back. This venue is spread over three levels, creating an unparalleled CBD hospitality experience. Combining both indoor and outdoor settings, including the ground floor bar and bistro, The Menzies Bar, on street level, the indoor/outdoor Shell House Dining Room and Terrace on level 9 and the Shell House Sky Bar on Level 10.
