Sirculo is a Modern Eatery meets Mediterranean Deli, utilising local produce and making some noise in The Hills. It’s a social hub for friends & family that oozes Mediterranean charm with a Modern twist.

This is a kitchen that thrives on constant creativity and you will be encouraged and supported to develop your skills under hatted Chef and experienced Hospo leaders.

Our team is looking for a full-time Chef de Partie

The Candidate

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate

  • Good personal presentation, efficient, passionate
  • A minimum of 5 years in professional kitchens
  • Role requires high-level organisation
  • People and time management skills
  • Enthusiasm for the industry
  • An ability to work well under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive 'can do' attitude with a passion to create unique & memorable experiences
  • Available to work a full-time roster, including weekends and public holidays
