About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Chef de Parties to join the team at The Boathouse Group Narrenjoey House to deliver a high-quality food experience to our guests. This role will ensure timely food offerings in your appointed section and also: 

• Deliver on-trend, relevant, seasonal food offerings from the kitchen;
• Assist in the execution of effective stock management and rotation;
• Assist with effective people practices including, but not limited to; the training and development of junior chefs on the relevant section;
• Ensure that food is prepared and delivered to guests in line with The Boathouse Group’s standards of quality and service.

About You

To be the perfect addition to The Boathouse Group at our Palm Beach venue, you will have 2 years of prior experience as a Chef in a high-paced, high-volume environment where you’ve demonstrated your strong leadership and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. You’ll also be:

• A team leader who is motivating and engaging;
• Able to educate others on new techniques in all sections and maintain high standards of quality and presentation;
• Resilient – able to manage situations and constant change;
• Someone who demonstrates priority management and organisational ability.
