A day in the life

Do you thrive in the hustle and bustle of a high-volume busy kitchen, or the more refined style of fine dining using some of the best produce in town. Everyday there’s something new and different happening in our kitchens.

Your can-do attitude and passion to learn will be on full display with this role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will lie in helping the senior team to lead a talented group of chefs prepare and execute ever-evolving menus. 

You will also have the chance to work alongside guest chefs and play a vital role in some of the best bespoke events in Melbourne.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for…

  • Sound culinary knowledge 
  • A creative and innovative mindset.
  • A desire to further develop your skills.
  • Experience working in hatted, or Michelin starred venues for our fine dining outlets
  • The flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Full working rights in Australia
