JOB DESCRIPTION

Ronnie's Melbourne is looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within the industry. You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!

Your day to day:

We are looking for strong and passionate Chefs to work in our kitchen, with a solid skill set, able to handle high volume numbers.

Preferably to have the experience to work in high paced kitchen and hot section preferable. Grill Chefs and Pasta Chef roles available.

We are looking for a team player, who is looking to develop further in their career and build with the team and the business.

What we need from you:

You must have the flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays. You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country.


RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Chef de Partie
Commis Chef

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

As the successful applicant you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an A La Carte environment 
  • Strong teamwork – placing team goals as a priority over your personal goals, knowledgeable and helpful
  • Excellent communication skills – liaising with F&B service team
  • Sensational time management skills
  • Great attitude - optimistic, engaged, proactive, and flexible
  • Must have Australian recognized Chef Qualifications
