JOB DESCRIPTION

Our executive Chef for Parra Leagues Group and our Head Chef for Vikings Sports Club are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Back of House team at Vikings Sports Club located which is located at 35 Quarry Rd, Dundas Valley NSW 2117.

As a member of our team, you will have a passion for providing high quality food in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain menu planning, stock and ordering requirements.
  • Ensure minimal wastage for all food outlets.
  • Ensure that the entire Club’s catering facilities meet or exceed operational, service and OH&S procedures, systems, and general requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

About you:

  • Passionate about cooking food to the highest standard.
  • Highly reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Experience as Chef De Partie, Commi Chef or a similar position either in a Hotel, Restaurant, or club environment.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and experience in commercial cooking (desirable).
  • RSA qualification or willing to obtain (desirable).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Ability to drive and have own transport - due to the location of the venue, there is limited access to public transportation
