About the Role:

• Significant relevant experience in a similar position
• Experience and passion for Yakitori and Izakaya-styled Japanese food
• Demonstrated organisational, time management and delegation skills
• Effective leadership skills including the ability to train and mentor your team
• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP 
• You must be fully vaccinated (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
