Attimi by Dario Manca – one of Brisbane’s best Italian fine dining restaurants – is looking for a motivated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team. We are also open to the right candidate stepping into a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef role.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Chef de Partie

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CDP in a quality restaurant environment

  • Strong skills and confidence on the main course and grill section

  • Experience in Italian restaurants is not mandatory, but highly regarded

  • Excellent organisation and a strong understanding of portion control

  • Solid knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards

  • Ability to follow direction while also showing initiative and creativity

  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated to progress within a fine dining team
