JOB DESCRIPTION

Morris Hospitality is seeking a passionate professional Chef de Partie that is enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated. 

This will be a great opportunity to shape your kitchen career and be part of the next generation at one of our Iconic venues.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the position you must possess the following;

• The ability to work in one of our Bayside Venues this could include Albert Park, South Melbourne, Brighton or Middle Park
• At least 1-year experience within a similar role.
• Thrive in a high volume, high-pressure environment.
• Maintain composure under pressure.
• Desire to elevate the profile of the venue with exceptional products.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to follow directions and support team goals.
• A passion to craft your skills & embrace learning.
• Maintaining high and consistent standards of products.
• Time management and outstanding organisational skills.
