We have an amazing opportunity for a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our 5-star team to assist in the daily operations within Crown Metropol Hotel.
You will be working across Mr Hive Kitchen and Bar; a modern Australian a la carte Restaurant along with Level 28 Skybar Lounge, which serves as bar and function space as well as the 24-hour Crown Metropol Room Service function.Your responsibilities will include supporting the management team in the day to day operation as well as providing leadership, support and coaching to your allocated section.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
