JOB DESCRIPTION

Working within the Nick & Nora's kitchen team you will report directly to the Head Chef and be responsible for delivering a high level of productivity, amazing experiences for our guests and a product that exceeds expectation. We are looking for a hard-working, passionate Chef/cook to assist us Wednesday – Sunday.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Trade qualification or equivalent (Cert III in Commercial Cookery)
  • Dedication to the production, preparation and presentation of dishes of the highest quality
  • Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
  • Team player attitude and willingness to work within a large, diverse team
  • Commitment and passion for high-end service always ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Adhere to strict stock rotation and minimum wastage guidelines
  • Ability to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment
  • Want to grow and progress within the industry
