As part of the development The Interlude will bring a new level of experiential luxury to Australia with 19 suites offering fully inclusive experiences, while Adina Apartment Hotel Pentridge will offer 106 apartments and studio rooms. 

The Opportunity

Chef Thomas Woods brings experience from 20 years of cooking in the Melbourne hospitality scene. Cooking for several hatted restaurants throughout his career, when he became the co-owner and head chef of Woodland House in Prahran he achieved 2 Chef Hats over consecutive years. 

We’re looking for enthusiastic Chefs ready to join our team. In this role, you are an important member of our culinary team, ensuring your section is clean and tidy, and runs efficiently and productively. Imagination and innovation are where you shine, which is why we want you on our team.
