A day in the life

You will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade. We’re looking for professional and experienced Chefs who can work in a fast-paced production kitchen and who take pride in what they do and genuinely love cooking. You will take ownership of a section of the kitchen in an area you excel and are passionate about, to make your own!

We're open 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Evening and weekend availability is essential to be successful for these vacancies. You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


We’re looking for… 

  • Commercial Cookery Qualification – Cert III or IV
  • Recognised culinary training or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a fine dining setting is ideal
  • A passion for locally sourced and seasonal produce
  • A desire to develop among a driven & professional team
  • Ability to work autonomously on a section or within a fast-paced team
  • Availability to work across a 7-day roster, 2:00 PM - 10 PM 5 x per week (weekends Included)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Own vehicle and drivers licence essential (No public transport)
