Due to recent expansion, we are seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team with a background showing previous culinary experience.

As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items in the designated area of the Kitchen and for the maintenance of equipment and work area. The right person will be trained to assist in the management in Coolangatta and Main Beach Queensland. You will be reporting to the Kitchen Manager.

You must have:

• a minimum of two years chef experience in a medium to large kitchen
• running a busy section in a kitchen team for more than one year
• extensive experience in busy services
• experience in adhering to food safety and company food and food safety standards
• a strong set of personal core values that are a close match to Xenia’s (refer website)
• a reliable form of transport and current driver’s license
• be in Australia
• a minimum for two current references
• be ready for an immediate start within reason
