The Venue
Merivale has been working hard behind the scenes to deliver a fresh and exciting hospitality experience to Sydney’s key stadium spaces. We have pulled together an army of top talent including executive chefs Jordan Toft, Dan Hong, Mike Eggert, Ben Greeno and Vincenzo Biondini. To bring the Merivale experience to the SCG and SFS. Among these favourites is Vinnie’s Pizza. Known for its fresh ingredients and top-quality base, this Neapolitan inspired iconic pizza has been adapted for the Stadium space and offered across multiple outlets.

The Role
We are on the lookout for a driven Chef de Partie with pizza or dough experience to maintain and deliver our pizza across multiple outlets. Reporting directly into the sous and Jr sous chef team, your role will be focused on organisation and quality and consistency. Ideally you will have experience working in high-volume venues, are solutions focused, and passionate about the industry.
