The Aviary is Perth's most iconic rooftop bar, providing stunning city views for you to enjoy alongside their exciting menu and creative cocktail list. Spanning three storeys, you can take a pit stop in The Perch, settle in at The Lounge Bar or watch the sun go down on The Nest Rooftop Bar. The Aviary is perfect for after work drinks, birthdays celebrations and everything in between.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

What we need

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Has a passion for the industry and are committed to a successful career in hospitality
  • Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
  • Enjoys working with others in a team environment
  • Possess a creative flair and has superb presentation skills

What you bring to the table

  • Managing the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Assisting the Head Chef with menu ideas E.g. current trends, allergen
  • Maintaining the food standards as per recipe cards
  • Leading an energetic and positive team
  • Managing food costs and control wages
  • Creating a professional and team-oriented environment
  • Maintaining food safety requirements as per company policy and legislation
  • Training new and existing employees
