We are looking for reliable and motivated Chef to join our team with a background in seafood, showing previous culinary experience

As a our kitchen leader you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items in the designated area of the Kitchen and for the maintenance of equipment and work area. You will be running the kitchen independently, running the team and in charge of ordering stock and supplies. 

We are willing to promote role to permanent part time to someone who has demonstarted the qualities we require.

• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
