Lotus Dumpling Bar Summer Hill - Chef needed

Lotus Dining is Sydney’s premium restaurant group, celebrating modern Chinese cuisine, world class dumplings and award-winning wine lists.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Chef capable of helping us to produce contemporary Chinese dishes and deliver a refined dining experience in our stunning Summer Hill venue.

Requirements and abilities:

• Previous experience working in fast paced environment
• Passion, creativity and a strong understanding of local seasonal produce
• Proficiency working with Asian cuisine, especially Chinese
• Ability to motivate others and be self-driven
• A willingness to learn and grow
• An exceptional work ethic and can-do attitude
• Pride in the work you produce and have passion for what you do
• Professional and inclusive attitude towards your colleagues, front and back of house
