Alchemy Brewing Co are looking for a passionate chef to join our kitchen crew. 

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can assist in running our kitchen and ensure we continue to offer great product to our customers.

A strong background in the Melbourne culinary scene, proven record of kitchen experience working in a fast, efficient, quality operation.

Ideally, we are looking for someone that will help us grow & also grow along with the business. Alchemy Brewing is just getting started.

As part of this role your responsibilities will be to:

• Contribute to the efficient running of the kitchen.
• Cooking of a creative and enticing menu.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Help us maintain a positive and skilled team.

• Proven kitchen experience in a similar environment.
• A keen interest & knowledge of all things culinary.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, friendly and professional manner.

To fulfil the role, the successful candidate will also have:

• The right to work in Australia. (Sponsership is a possibility for the right canidate)
• Minimum of 3-5 year of kitchen experience in a quality and fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Flexibility in availability to work within the venue’s operation hours, including weekends and nights.
