The role will involve:

• Working in a 90+ cover classic Bar & Grill serving lunch & dinner 5 days a week
• 38 hours a week + paid overtime
• Has previous experience within a busy restaurant or quality hotel
• Is interested in classical techniques and learning more about authentic European cuisine
• Wants to challenge themselves in a high volume kitchen and has the enthusiasm to succeed within a professional team

• Has strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Can actively listen and communicate effectively with colleagues
