We are looking for an experienced cheff to join our small team.Must be enthusiastic about food,and genuinely care about improving constantly.Despite our bistro being a relatively small operation,we constantly endeavour to improve our offering .While we expect our cheffs to be self motivated and offer a large degree of autonomy,we are supportive and involved in this and every part of our business.this an opportunity for a seachange.Nambucca Heads is located in the beautimul Nambucca valley and overlooks the stunning Nambucca River,there are several historic small towns in the valley and we are also only 35 minutes from Coffs Harbour or 45 minutes from Port Macquarie,both with regional airports.other Hotels we have operated in the region have had award winning Bistro,s and we require a person that has the capability and the enthusiasm ti strive for that level of food and service
Please note: No previous experience required for this job.
Qualified cheff prefferred but not essential,must have Food safety supervisors certificate committ to getting one prior to commencing.Must have at least five years cooking experience .Must be legally able to work in Australia.have suitable ,recen twork and character references,Applicants will need to display good comunication skills,have a exceptional level of personal presentation.
