Weare excited to announce our newest venue 'FOSH'. Fosh is the new hamptons-inspired riverside Seafood restaurant coming to Portside Wharf Hamilton.

About the CHEF role

• full time and Part time positions available
• Flexible availability over a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to run a section
• Able to do stock control using computer systems training available if needed (not required but good to have)
• Impos is POS system used

Qualifications & experience

• Must have full working rights in Australia 
• Can do attitude with willingness to learn

Skills and experience CHEF 

• Certificate IV ( or equivalent) or completed apprenticeship or three years full time relevant work experience in a similar role
• Or currently studying and eager to learn 
• Can do attitude with willingness to learn
• Previous a la carte experience advantage but not necessary
• A true passion for food, hospitality and people
• Exceptional organisation skills - you need to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Confidence in your ability to take charge, able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
•  A great work ethic and a team player
