Our new flagship Charlotte Street store in Brisbane CBD has recently opened and we’re after a chef/cook to join our brand-new team and part of this exciting project.

The Opportunity

Our brand-new team will need passionate Chefs/Cooks to contribute towards the success of the day-to-day operations of the kitchen which will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner service..

Passion for great food, coffee, and all things hospitality is a must. Additionally, we'd love someone with at least 1 years' previous experience in a similar café or restaurant environment who is able to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday and starts as early as 5.30am.

Key responsibilities will include:

You'll need to be able to help out anywhere in the kitchen to support your team, but you core duties will include:

• Day-to-day kitchen duties like service and prep;
• Cooking of short order brunch style menu items;
• Follow procedures and directions to maintain the kitchen to a high standard of product quality and hygiene.

The Café will be open 7 days between the hours of 6.00am till 9.00pm, flexibility with days and hours is advantageous.
