About the CHEF role

• Full time and Part time positions available
• Flexible availability over a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to run a section
• Impos is POS system used

Skills and experience CHEF 

• Certificate IV (or equivalent) or completed apprenticeship or two years full time relevant work experience in a similar role
• Or currently studying and eager to learn 
• Can do attitude with willingness to learn
• Previous a la carte experience advantage but not necessary
• A true passion for food, hospitality and people
• Ability to work on the Grill an advantage. 
• Exceptional organisation skills - you need to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in your ability to take charge, able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed.
• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
•  A great work ethic and a team player
