Vivace Restaurant, is a Brighton icon, since opening in 2004, our family owned and operated business has firmly established itself as the area's Number 1 upmarket restaurant and function venue.
We are a passionate & professional team, looking to strengthen our kitchen capacity following the lifting of government restrictions.
With multiple dining rooms. Vivace is a vibrant, busy, fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will enjoy working under the direction of Vivace's Italian Head Chef, Davide Ferraro, in an affluent bayside suburb where our restaurant reigns superior.
We are looking for a passionate professional to welcome into the fold, where you will collaborate and contribute your experiences & knowledge adding some more flair to our dynamic team by producing outstanding dishes for our astute customers
You will need to demonstrate all necessary skills and knowledge at an exceptional level with both traditional and contemporary cooking techniques, that will contribute and enhance our menu at a level that our customers expect from our establishment.
Hand made pasta skills would be beneficial.
