Lotus Dining has seven restaurants, open seven days for lunch and dinner service. This ensures a variety of hours and shifts are on offer for suitable candidates. We are seeking fun, energetic and motivated team members.

This is a hands-on position for someone who loves creating memorable dining experiences. You really must be on top of your game, quick on your feet, have sound product knowledge and have honed your hospitality skills over some years. Minimum 1 year experience at fast paced restaurant setting
Have the ability to effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the Venue Manager
Can create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensure all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
Follow restaurant policies and procedures
Able to work weekends and nights
