JOB DESCRIPTION

We have exciting opportunities at multiple venues across VIC who are looking for Chefs of all levels.

Roles range from Commis - CDP - Head - Executive.

Apprentice Chef
Chef de Partie
Commis Chef
Executive Chef
Head Chef
Sous chef

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of proven experience as a Chef
  • Appropriate education required per level 
  • Taking responsibility for the food production with a hands-on approach
  • Building positive relationships with staff
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety & food safety standards
  • Impart knowledge, skills and training to all kitchen staff
  • Intention for long term work
  • Intertion to build kitchen career
