Having undergone a momentous restoration The Conti is set to be the preeminent leisure site of Australia. About the Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience within high volume, fast paced environment
  • Exceptional service skills 
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform and lead in high-pressure service periods
  • Demonstrated ability in building effective relationships 
  • Exceptional organisation & time management
  • Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations of a large scale fast paced operation
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
