We are currently accepting applications from Casual Club Attendants interested in a position with a growing brand.

We are looking for individuals who foster a sense of teamwork and who are committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Experience not necessary as full training will be provided.

Main responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests
• Enhancing the food & beverage experience for all members and guests
• Operating a cash register
• Delivering food and beverages to tables
• Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection
• General cleaning duties

• Positive attitude and passionate about customer service
• Seriously service focused and dedicated to achieving the very best experience for every customer that walks through our doors
• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment but to also work unsupervised and use your initiative
• Ability to multitask and remain calm
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
• Flexible and able to work across a 7-day rotating roster

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided
• Excellent cash handling skills
• Current NSW RSA & RCG certification or willing to obtain before commencement
• Barista experience / cocktail experience is desirable but not necessary
• Bar and Gaming experience is desirable but not essential
