Magpies Sports Club is looking for a Dynamic individual to join our team as a Club  Supervisor. This position offers the chance to LEAD and INSPIRE while overseeing the day to day operations of the Club. 

If you are passionate about HOSPITALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE and LEADING BY EXAMPLE, then this is the perfect role for you. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the day to day operations of the venue, ensuring our People & Patrons feel welcomed and safe
• Manage responsible service of alcohol and responsible conduct of gambling
• Operational planning to ensure efficient shift management
• Manage team roles and responsibilities to meet capabilities 
• Provide leadership and support, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
• Oversee customer service delivery, promptly addressing any issues or concerns
• Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner

You will have the following attributes and key requirements: 

• Have at least one (1) year's experience in a Supervisory or Management role
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Genuine PASSION for hospitality 
• Have outstanding PEOPLE SKILLS with a STRONG FOCUS on customer service 
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to LEAD a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous EXPERIENCE in performance management
• Hold's current RSA & RCG Certificate 
• Willingness to take the next step in a LEADERSHIP role
