CLUB SUPERVISOR 

The function of the Club Supervisor is to ensure the smooth running of daily operations across all facets of Paddington RSL. It is the role of the Club Supervisor to ensure that service standards and legislative requirements are upheld and that the staff are led and developed to provide exceptional customer service to achieve member and guest satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to

• Ensuring the effective and efficient operation of Club Operations areas
• Managing the floor across all areas of the club
• Leading by example in all operational duties
• Organising, leading and motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service
• Managing staff performance, providing feedback
• Supervising staff efficiently and effectively to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures are adhered to
• Ensuring reliability and punctuality of self and the staff on each shift
• Ensuring careful and accurate handling of all cash, stock and equipment
• Ensuring all business transactions are conducted in an ethical, professional and legal manner
• Ensuring staff are actively promoting the Club and benefits of membership
• Coaching and developing the technical skills of the staff with on-the-job training
• Ensuring effective communication with the team, and follow through with any directives from Senior Management
• Handling customer queries and complaints and actively resolving as required

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification
• Responsible Conduct of Gaming Qualification
• Previous Hospitality experience
• Strong customer service experience
• Food and Beverage knowledge
• Gaming knowledge

• BAR, GAMING, KENO AND TAB KNOWLEDGE
