We are reopening and looking to employ FT, PT & CAS Cocktail Bar staff for our busy venue.

Located in luxury precinct of Queens Plaza, Brisbane CBD. We are a large 200+ seat all day Brasserie & Bar open for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Our menu is a la carte and includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, tapas & Napoli Pizza.

Our wine selection is curated and small batch. Along with an evolving cocktail range of classics.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bartender

Please note: No previous experience required for this job.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have...

Cocktail experience with classics and contemporary recipies
Wine knowledge
Ability to work with autonomy
Set up & shut down a bar exoerience
Ability to practice great hygiene & food safety practices
Outstanding and presentation and customer service

Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
