The Emerald Peacock is  looking for an enthusiastic Cocktail Bar Supervisor to provide an excellent guest drinking experience and maintain the brands impecable standards. We are looking for Supervisors that are able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations and operate a smooth service. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Have sound working knowledge of classic cocktail, beer and wine
• Be able to follow insttructions clearly and thoroughly
• Be able to follow recipes on signature drinks
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• RSA Cerificate and relevant working rights

• Valid RSA
• Full working rights
• Relevant experience
• Presentable and professional
• Fair knoweldge of the industry and drinks
