About the role

We are looking for experienced and passionate Cocktail Bartenders to join our vibrant team at Comuna Cantina located in the heart of Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills and contribute to the lively atmosphere of our popular Latin-inspired bar and restaurant.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and serving a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair

2. Providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests

3. Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area

4. Adhering to all relevant health, safety and liquor licensing regulations

5. Supporting the bar management team with inventory, stock management and other operational tasks

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a cocktail bartender in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment

2. Thorough knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques

3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively

5. Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a vibrant, lively atmosphere

6. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

• Valid RSA Certificate
• Availabilty to work a range of shift including Nights & Weekends
• Ideally have a minimum 1yr experience as a Bar Tender in a high volume enviroment
